School Day

School Hours

• Children will come into school from 8.45 a.m.
• The register will be completed at 9.00 a.m. so that the first lesson can commence promptly.
• School will finish at 3.15 p.m. for Reception Class and 3.20 p.m. for the rest of the school.
• Lunch begins at 12.20 p.m., lasting for 1 hour. Children return to class at 1.20pm for afternoon lessons.

The total weekly hours of compulsory attendance at RPS is 32 hours and 55 minutes

Sunshine Nursery hours are 8:45 until 11:45a.m. 

Please leave buggies/prams in the playground as we cannot allow them into the reception for Health and Safety reasons..

If you are running late, please let the office know as soon as possible. We understand that on rare occasions parents will be unavoidably late, so we allow a 10-minute window from the official end of the school day. After such time, your child will be placed in Fun Club and there will be a charge incurred.
